SYMBOLS

This series of high quality wine is represented by the ancient Bulgarian symbols called the "Orenda". There are seven Orenda symbols in the series each with a different positive force which have been specifically selected for the character of the wines they represent.

All the wines in this series are of Protected Geographical Indication (PGI).

All wines are fermented with selected yeasts with constant Oenological control.

Merlot

MERLOT

Grape variety: Merlot

Vinification:
Classical method, the grapes are picked at maturity with a sugar content exceeding 21% and a titratable acidity of 6-8 g / ltr.

Tasting Notes:
It is characterized by deep, bright ruby red colour. Flavour is intense, rich and lingering, dominated by notes of forest fresh fruit, with a predominant flavour of blueberry and ripe plums. The taste is full-bodied, with good tannic structure, perfectly balanced body and long aftertaste.

Serving temperature:
Tempered to 16-18 °.
It is recommended to serve this wine with red meats, wild game and cheeses.

Cabernet

CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Grape variety: Cabernet Sauvignon

Vinification:
Classical method, the grapes are picked at maturity with a sugar content exceeding 21% and a titratable acidity of 6-8 g / ltr.

Tasting Notes:
It is characterized by intense, sparkling purple-red colour. The first attack is the scent of ripe dark fruits, sweet cherry, blackberry, dried fruit and spices. Thick and velvety, this wine leaves the taste of sweet, ripe tannins with amazing length.

Serving temperature:
Tempered to 16-18°.
It is recommended to serve this wine with red meats and cheeses.

Mavrud

MAVRUD

Grape variety: Mavrud

Vinification:
Classical method, the grapes are picked at maturity with a sugar content exceeding 21% and a titratable acidity of 6-8 g / ltr.

Tasting Notes:
It is characterized by intense, sparkling purple-red colour. This wine is accented by the flavours of ripe forest fruits, sweet cherry, black current and dried fruit. With a velvety pallet, this wine leaves the taste of sweet, ripe tannins with amazing long lasting flavours.

Serving temperature:
Tempered to 16-18°.
It is recommended to serve this wine with red meats, wild game and aged cheeses.

CUVÉE SPÉCIALE

This series of high quality wine is represented by the ancient treasures of Bulgaria. As the origins of wine making come from this part of the world, the Thracian kings and priests used these “Ritons” as ritualistic instruments for the drinking of Zelus, the Thracian word for wine.There are seven wines in the series each with their own characteristics and unique drinking experience.

rubin CUVÉE SPÉCIALE“RUBIN”

Grape variety: Rubin


Vinification:

Classical method, the grapes are picked at maturity with a sugar content exceeding 22% and a titratable acidity of 7-9 g / ltr.

Tasting Notes:
Rubin is used in the making of high quality dessert and table wines. The wines produced from this grape are characterized by their intense deep ruby colour, with a combination of vibrant flavours of black currants, forest fruits and exotic aromas unique to this grape variety. The wines develop and improve their quality with aging.

Serving temperature:
Tempered to 16-18°.
It is recommended to serve this wine with red meats, wild game and aromatic cheeses.

sauv CUVÉE SPÉCIALE“SAUVIGNON BLANC”

Grape variety: Sauvignon Blanc


Vinification:

Classical method, the grapes are picked at maturity with a sugar content exceeding 21% and a titratable acidity of 6-8 g / ltr.

Tasting Notes:
This wine has an unforgettable character. The wines made from Sauvignon Blanc, adopt characteristic flavours and aromas of straw, tropical fruit and gooseberries. The taste is fresh, fine and very harmonious. These wines are mainly consumed young.

Serving temperature:
Tempered to 10-15°.
It is recommended to serve this wine with exquisite fish dishes, white meats and mild cheeses.

trim CUVÉE SPÉCIALE “TRAMINER”

Grape variety: Misket


Vinification:

Classical method, the grapes are picked at maturity with a sugar content exceeding 21% and a titratable acidity of 6-8 g / ltr.

Tasting Notes:
Traminer is an aromatic wine grape variety. The variety has high natural sugar and the wines are white and usually off-dry, with a flamboyant bouquet of lychees. Indeed, Traminer also has aromas of roses, passion fruit and floral notes. It is not uncommon to notice some spritz (fine bubbles on the inside of the glass).

Tempered to 10-15°.
It is recommended to serve this wine with exquisite fish dishes and cheeses.

misket CUVÉE SPÉCIALE“MISKET”

Grape variety: Misket


Vinification:

Classical method, the grapes are picked at maturity with a sugar content exceeding 21% and a titratable acidity of 6-8 g / ltr.

Tasting Notes:
The wine is characterized by brilliant yellow colour. Its flavour is very pronounced and very fresh. Misket wines have a pleasant harmony of gentle tones of green apple, honey with slightly floral and citrus overtones. Its taste is very well structured with a balanced freshness and finesse.

Serving temperature:
Tempered to 10-15 °.
It is recommended to serve this wine with exquisite fish dishes and cheeses.
